Restraining Orders

At Givens & Larmond Law Group, our firm takes violence, threats, harassment, and stalking very seriously. Our attorneys work with victims of domestic violence and civil harassment to get restraining orders against their abusers. We help obtain a temporary restraining order and then advocate on behalf of our clients to get a restraining order in place to give them a peace of mind.
