Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to “Givens & Larmond Law Group, LLP” or “Givens & Larmond Law Group” “GLLG” or “The GLLaw” (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm”) and governs data collection and usage. Thegllaw.com website is a Legal services site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). By using the Thegllaw.com website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information:
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

REFUND POLICY:
Once a service, including, but not limited to, our business strategy call, is purchased, and it is cancelled on the day of your call, we will not provide a full refund. If it is in with three hours of your call, the most someone could receive back is the price paid minus $50. Once the service or call has occurred, there is no refund provided to the client whatsoever. The client agrees to this understanding by submitting payment via our website. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.

Hours of Operation:
Clients can contact our firm during our business hours, via email or by telephone. Our hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00am -6:00pm PST. All calls and emails can expect to be returned within 24-48 hours, during the work week or by COB on Tuesdays if sent on the weekend.

Use of your Personal Information:
The Site collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

The Site may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from The Firm Group and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties:
The Firm does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

The Firm may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Firm, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The Site may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site, in order to determine what Site services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the Site to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
